Shipping policy

Whenever possible, orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days. Based on shipping methods chosen, items shipped within the US typically arrive within 3-7 business days, however International shipments may take an extended amount of time. Please contact us if you have questions.

Canceling or Updating an Order
We operate with a small staff who fulfills orders Monday through Thursday during standard business hours (9am to 5pm Pacific time). If you placed an order over a weekend or overnight that you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately via bookorders@hesperian.org and we will do our best to cancel or update your order before it is fulfilled.

Duties and Taxes for International Shipments
International shipping costs do not include duty, tax, or brokerage fees. We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes or clearance charges that may be applicable for international shipments. Buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with import costs and  requirements of the destination country.
